I've been using the (almost) same desk setup since 2021. Well not the exact same but it's been similar since than and I think time for some changes has come.
My current desk setup looks like this. It's powered by the Optiplex 7050 with it's matching Dell monitor. With my Logitech Pebble Keys 2 keyboard and a cheap 3$ mouse I got. In it's curret status, it looks clean but in reality it's not a good usable setup with this desk.
Most important thing I'll change on this setup is of course the monitor. I currently have a Dell P217H Monitor and even tho it's not a bad monitor. It's screen isn't the best one in the market. Most importantly, panel doesn't supports HDR10, it's delay is so high. Like I can see the cursor moving step by step or text gets blurry when scrolling and it's not bright enough for me to use it on daytime when sun hits my room.
Changes I'm planning
I'm planning a lot of stuff but I'm not gonna spend my entire monthly earnings on my desk setup.
Firstly I'm planning to make changes on my current monitor. And by that I really meant a big change. As the first change I'm planning to buy a new 2k HDR10 monitor from ViewSonic.
And to not kill any space from my desk, I'm planning to combine it with a nice looking and functioning monitor arm.
And of course that setup wouldn't go without a dark color mousepad and a mouse that matches my Logitech Pebble Keys 2 keyboard.
